In the heart of Wissembourg's historic center, on a quiet street just a minute's walk from the lively main street, you'll find Mlle. Muscat, a ground-floor apartment in a renovated half-timbered house dating back to the early 17th century. This spacious apartment, uniquely decorated with high ceilings, some original features, and a small patio, offers all modern comforts and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, large fridge-freezer, oven/microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The hallway has ample space for two road bikes. On the secure shared courtyard, you can store your mountain bike or (electric) bike under a shelter. The apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer. Free parking is available about 350 meters from the apartment. You may briefly stop in front of the entrance to drop off or pick up your luggage in the courtyard. Villa Oléandre is set on a hillside in a quiet residential area just outside the charming village of Chassiers, on the edge of the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d'Ardèche and the Mediterranean Ardèche, just beyond the busiest and most touristy part of the region. The spacious garden of about 4,500 m² features a large private pool (7x15 m), fully fenced, with an outdoor shower and pool house, a pétanque court, a volleyball/badminton field, a veranda, and two terraces where you can relax and enjoy beautiful views. Enter through the veranda into a generous hallway with a cozy sitting area. Glass doors lead to the well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. The large dining table is perfect for meals, crafts, or games. The kitchen has double doors opening to both the veranda and the garden. A wide staircase in the hall leads to the upper floor, where you'll find another spacious hallway and three large bedrooms—one is even 40 m²—each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Outside the high season, these rooms are rented as luxury guest rooms. All bedrooms have comfortable beds: three rooms have two beds (0.90x2.00 m) that can be placed together or apart, and three rooms have a large double box spring bed. All windows have shutters to keep the house pleasantly cool in summer. The basement offers a washing machine and space to store bikes or other items. Fans are available for warm days. The pool is open from early May to late September.
