Villa Oléandre is set on a hillside in a residential area just outside the village of Chassiers, on the edge of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park and southern Ardèche. You will be renting half of this spacious villa with a private entrance and exclusive garden, featuring a large private pool (7 x 15 m), a pool house, outdoor toilet, and shower. The pool is fully fenced, making it ideal for children’s safety. In your private garden, you can enjoy a pétanque court, a volleyball/badminton area, and a wooden playhouse with a picnic table for kids. Relax on the large veranda and two shaded terraces while taking in the mountain views. Enter through a spacious hall with a sitting area. Glass doors lead to the modern, well-equipped kitchen with espresso machine, filter coffee maker, and a large dining table for meals or games. The kitchen opens onto the veranda and garden, where a barbecue is available.
